A Tulsa restaurant caught fire on Saturday morning. The Tulsa Fire Department responded to a blaze just before 9 a.m. at Burger Street located at 7400 East Admiral.
When firefighters arrived, flames and heavy smoke were shooting out from the back of the restaurant. Firefighters were able to quickly put the blaze out, but fire officials say they had to overcome a couple obstacles.
Crews say an electrical panel malfunction was a safety hazard. Firefighters also had to work to avoid grease from fryers.
One employee was inside at the time of the fire and made it out safely.
