Minor-League Team May Be On the Move

One of Tulsa's franchises might be planning a move to the suburbs, and it's not the Tulsa Drillers.  Bixby is announcing next week that it has a long-term deal with a sports-related tenant, for the town's new Event Center.  And there's a widespread rumor that it's the Tulsa 66'ers.

The 66'ers said the team is in the last year of its contract at the Fairgrounds Pavilion and the club is weighing its options for next season.
