The city of Broken Arrow has announced it will close two of five debris drop-off sites next week.  At noon, on Tuesday, February 12, Broken Arrow will no longer accept tree debris at Jackson Park on Washington and the Trailhead parking lot on the south side of New Orleans.

"The traffic at these two locations has dropped off dramatically," says Broken Arrow Assistant City Manager Dave Wooden.  "As our crews make their way through subdivisions removing all remaining debris, there is no longer a need for all five sites to be operational."

Broken Arrow will continue to operate three drop-off sites seven days a week.

They are:

  1. Nienhuis Park Youth Football Field Parking Lot - located 1/3 mile east of Lynn Lane on Juneau Street.
  2. Indian Springs Sports Soccer Complex Parking Lot - located 1/2 mile West of Aspen on Shreveport Street south of Jasper.
  3. Central Park - located at 1500 South Main.
