Former Marble City School Superintendent Larry Couch is already charged with embezzling $100,000 in state court.  Now, he's facing federal theft and bribery charges involving close to $700,000.  An FBI investigation looked into Couch's bank and credit card records.

The FBI says there is evidence Couch used an account for an organization set up to lobby for poor school districts to pay for personal expenses, including his car payment, credit card bills, even his wife's floral business.
