Patients at the Cancer Treatments Centers of America got a taste of spring on Monday. It was the American Cancer Society's "Daffodil Days". The American Cancer Society chose daffodils because they're the first flower of spring.
"It just kinda reminds them there is hope. There is hope of a world free from cancer. We're just trying to spread a little spring cheer," said Kristen Taylor with the American Cancer Society.
The American Cancer Society is selling the flowers as a fundraiser through February 15th. You can get more information or place an order by calling the American Cancer Society at 743-6767.
