UNDATED (AP) -- A blast of Arctic air that brought snowfall to Oklahoma Thursday is expected to clear out, and temperatures are to return to the 40s and 50s across the state.
The National Weather Service says clouds will continue to slowly clear from west to east, with clear skies expected across the state by midmorning Friday. Daytime highs are expected range from the mid 40s in eastern Oklahoma to the lower 60s in the southwest corner of the state. Overnight temperatures will remain cold in areas where snow remains on the ground, ranging from the lower 20s in the Panhandle to the mid 30s in eastern Oklahoma.
Saturday will be partly cloudy with highs in the mid 40s from the Panhandle to the lower 60s in southeast Oklahoma.
