Children's Hospital Opens At St Francis

Saint Francis opened the doors at its new $72 million Children's Hospital on Thursday.  At the Children's Hospital, at 6151 South Yale, the focus is on families.  There are private rooms for the kids and even rooms for the parents to stay at the hospital with their child.

And, they say you can forget the traditional hospital food.  There is room service for kids who are patients.  There's even an outdoor playground.

Plus, there are a number of specialists on hand and programs for families to help understand the illness or injury that has brought them to the Children's Hospital.
