The FBI has released new audio of one of their most wanted fugitives, who's been charged with the death of a Tulsa man. Mob boss James Bulger is accused of several crimes including several murders, extortion, narcotics, distribution and money laundering.
One of the more than 20 murders Bulger has been connected to is that of Roger Wheeler. The Tulsa businessman was gunned down outside the Southern Hills Country Club in May of 1981.
The FBI has previously released video of Bulger and now they have released an audio recording to renew efforts in tracking him down.
On the audio recording, Bulger can be heard talking about several mundane topics, but it's the first time his voice is heard.
Bulger is on the FBI's top ten most wanted list, right under Osama bin Laden. There is a $1 million reward out for his capture.
