One of the top high school defensive backs in Texas says he'll sign with OSU.
Johnson is ranked among the top 20 safeties in the country by Rivals.com and joins safety Markelle Martin of Wichita Falls with OSU.
Martin is ranked 15th nationally. He graduated early and is already on campus at OSU.
