Man Given Death Sentence For The Third Time

A man convicted of killing a Tulsa woman has been handed a death sentence, for the third time.  Alfred Mitchell was convicted of killing 21-year-old Elaine Scott in 1991.  Scott was a student at OU and was working part time in Oklahoma City. 

Mitchell raped and killed Scott at her work.  Both previous death sentences were overturned because of legal technicalities. 

Scott's mother says she just wants this to be over and wants Mitchell to die for his crimes.
