Tulsa Police are working with the FBI to investigate a case of attempted fraud at a Tulsa business on Wednesday evening.  Police say an off-duty police officer was inside the Best Buy in the 5500 block of East Skelly Drive, when he was alerted that there was a man trying to fraudulently purchase computers. The suspect ran off on foot and tried to get into a GMC Yukon, but was apprehended by the off-duty police officer.

Police say another person in the vehicle drove off leaving the first suspect behind.  Moments later, Tulsa Police officers stopped the SUV near 44th and Yale.

Police officers recovered a significant amount of property from the vehicle and four men were taken into custody.

Tulsa Police say the suspects are believed to be Chinese nationals.
