Students in Owasso honored our nation's veterans with a special program on Monday, and News On 6 anchor Craig Day took part in the program.

The early Veteran's Day program was held at First Baptist Church in Owasso. School kids from Hodson Elementary sang songs, danced and recited meaningful tributes to the veteran's who attended. Each of those veterans was recognized and took a special place on stage.

Owasso will also hold a special program at Veteran's Memorial Park on Saturday morning at 11. It's located on 116th street North near German Corner.
