UNDATED (AP) _ The Oklahoma women's basketball team is ranked sixth in the preseason USA Today-ESPN Women's college basketball poll.

Defending champion Tennessee is Number One in the poll with 26 of 31 first place votes. Connecticut is ranked second after getting four first place votes.

Rutgers is third followed by Maryland and LSU which received the remaining first place vote.

Oklahoma State did not make the Top 25 but did receive 16 points in the voting.
