SHAWNEE, Okla. (AP) -- A fiberglass Centennial horse stolen during the weekend from outside a Sonic Drive-In in Shawnee has been recovered.
Police said Monday the more than 200-pound horse has been recovered and two Oklahoma Baptist University students arrested.
The condition of the horse and the names of the suspects were not immediately available.
The black horse with Mustang cars and images of an old and a new Sonic painted on it was installed last Thursday.
It disappeared between midnight Friday when the Sonic closed and 5:30 a.m. Saturday when it reopened.
