OSU Regents Name New Dean, Department Head

GOODWELL, Okla. (AP) -- The Oklahoma A&M Board of Regents has approved the appointment of a new Oklahoma State University dean as well as the head of an OSU department.

Meeting Friday at Oklahoma Panhandle State University, the regents officially named Stephan M. Wilson as the dean of OSU's College of Human Environmental Sciences. Wilson is a former senior associate dean and professor in the College of Health and Human Sciences at the University of Nevada, Reno.

Wilson replaces Patricia Knaub, who is stepping down after 18 years in the post.

Among the other personnel actions approved by regents is the appointment of Ronald S. Kensinger of University Park, Pa., as a professor and head of OSU's Department of Animal Science. He now is a professor at Penn State University.
