Collections are underway for Tulsa’s next time capsule. The group gathering items today received a digital camera, a Heinz ketchup bottle, an old match book from the Camelot Hotel, and an autographed baseball.
"We had one woman bring by a baseball signed by her son. He just feels like he's going to be in the majors one day we might have an autograph of a star player,†said Leah Harper with the Oklahoma Centennial Time Capsule Committee.
The main capsule will be buried with all this stuff and more on November 10th at Veteran's Park in Tulsa. The capsule will be reopened November 10, 2057.
