OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- A former official with the Cheyenne-Arapaho Tribe is pleading guilty to embezzling more than $114,000 from the tribe.

Federal prosecutors say Robert Tabor of Calumet admits to conspiring to take the money from the tribe's Lucky Star Casinos when he was a member of the tribe's business committee.

Robert Tabor was indicted last August with his wife Colleen for conspiracy to embezzle the money.

Colleen Tabor still faces that charge and additional charges of illegally cashing checks and receiving wire transfers of more than $7,600 from tribal bank accounts.

Robert Tabor faces up to five years in prison and $250,000 in fines. A sentencing hearing is expected within three months.
