NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ Oklahoma defensive end Austin English is being added to the Ted Hendricks Award watch list.

The award is named for NFL Hall of Famer Ted Hendricks and is given to the top defensive end in college football.

English is a redshirt sophomore. He had two quarterback sacks two weeks ago against Texas then had nine tackles and one-and-a-half sacks last week against Missouri.
