What started out as an argument between neighbors ended with a Tulsa police officer assaulted. Tulsa police say the officer had been called to an apartment complex near 53rd and South Harvard where a man and woman were complaining on each other because of some vandalism.

The Tulsa Police officer was approaching the man's apartment to get his side of the story, when the man came outside kicking and swinging.

The suspect was arrested. The officer has minor scrapes.
