As the search continues for a child rapist, investigators at the Broken Arrow Police Department are organizing about 400 tips in the case.

Despite all the tips, police say many are too vague to pursue, but officers say theyâ€™re grateful so many people are trying to help them catch the man who kidnapped a 5-year-old girl from her yard and sexually assaulted her, last month.

Broken Arrow authorities say a test kit taken from the girl after she was found and her clothing are both being tested for DNA

Police say the suspect is described as a white, fair-skinned male, with short thinning light colored hair, partially bald. The suspectâ€™s age range is approximately 30 to 40-years-old. Broken Arrow authorities say the rapist also had on a shirt with the word "cat" on it and drove a white Dodge Intrepid.

Anyone who may have any information about the suspect in the case is urged to call the Broken Arrow Crimeline at 259-1111.
