SEATTLE (AP) _ Feel a bit chilly for early October? The National Weather Service forecast may make you shiver even more.

The Weather Service on Wednesday issued a snow advisory through early Thursday morning for early season snowfall in the Cascade Mountains.

With a snow level as low as 3,500 feet overnight, the storm was expected to affect all of Washington's Cascade passes except Snoqualmie Pass.
