A missing Tulsa man and his baby daughter have been found. Tulsa Police found Jeffrey Cook and his 16-month-old daughter overnight at an eastside Tulsa motel.

Cooke and his daughter Rylee had been missing since Tuesday after he left a Tulsa County District Court hearing upset. Tulsa Police say Cooke checked his daughter out of daycare early on Tuesday and they had not been seen since.

Family members told Tulsa Police that Cooke was upset after his court hearing.

Court records show a protective order against Cooke was dismissed on Wednesday.
