The pop group Hanson has returned home to Tulsa, and the guys are sharing more than their music. They want to aid those with AIDS in Africa, but their not just talking about it, their walking the walk, with fans in tow.

The group says it's something it has asked all of its fans to do this tour. They say it's time for this generation to step up and make a difference.

“I think when the heartland of America moves the world changes and I think unlike any place in the world there's something about the combination of affluence and personal freedoms and so many other things that gives us as Americans the ability to do things no one else can,” says Zac Hanson.

Hanson was scheduled to perform at Cain's Ballroom at 423 North Main in Tulsa Wednesday evening, but they cancelled the show after its guitar player got sick.

The News On 6 was told Isaac Hanson has a blood clot in his arm.

The group plans to reschedule the Tulsa show for a later date.

The group was on Six In The Morning Wednesday and talked with LeAnne Taylor. Click here to watch the video.
