JAY, Okla. (AP) -- State prosecutors are dismissing shooting with intent to kill charges against a Grove man who was accused of shooting two law officers. The prosecutors say they could not be ready for trial on the charges against Coby Livesay and that federal charges may be filed against him.

Livesay was charged with two counts of shooting with intent to kill in the August 2005 wounding of Delaware County Sheriff's deputy Denny Martin and Grove police officer Dave McCracken.

The two were shot while responding to a domestic call.
