TULSA, Okla. (AP) _ The Tulsa Golden Hurricane begin their quest for a second Conference USA title in three years when they play new conference member Alabama-Birmingham Saturday.
The game at Chapman Stadium will be the first ever between the two schools.
UAB is 1-2 with losses to Michigan State and Florida State and a 22-0 win over Alcorn State.
TU is 2-1 after last week's loss to Oklahoma.
Kickoff is set for 6 p.m.
