LAWTON, Okla. (AP) -- A Sand Springs man has been found dead in a prison cell in Lawton. Commanche County authorities say Darrell Myers was found in his cell at the Lawton Correctional Facility with blunt force trauma to the head.
Lawton Police say Myers' cell wasn't locked when he was found. Two other inmates in the facility are considered "people of interest" in the case.
Myers was serving a 15-year prison term for a Tulsa County rape conviction.
