A Bartlesville woman has been charged with the rape of a 14-year-old. 27-year-old Crystal Outlaw was charged with second-degree rape in Washington County District Court this week.

According to court documents, the mother of the teen says Outlaw allegedly had sex with the teen five times in August. Four of the incidents occurred in Outlawâ€™s home, located in the 1400 block of Elm in Bartlesville.

Outlaw remains in the Washington County jail on a $50,000 bond.
