After almost 4 days of searching, the Grand River Dam Authority Lake Patrol recovered the body of a Tulsa man Thursday morning. The GRDA says 22-year-old Matthew Hinson apparently drowned in Grand Lake on Sunday. Searchers had focused their search for Hinson in the Towne area of Grand Lake near Ketchum.

GRDA spokesman Justin Alberty says Hinson reportedly fell from a sailboat boat in an open area of the lake Sunday evening.

A search began immediately Sunday evening and the GRDA Lake Patrol recovered Hinson’s body late Thursday morning.
