The state Medical Examiner’s Office has ruled the death of a 4-year-old boy in Broken Arrow was an accident. Jonathan Koone died when the soft-side pool he was in at his grandmother's house collapsed and he landed on a nearby electric fence. The boy was exposed to the current for about 30 seconds.
Koone was pronounced dead at a Tulsa hospital.
Tulsa County prosecutors say no criminal charges will be filed in the case.
