Tulsa Police are investigating what they are calling a "gang-related" shooting near 46th Place North and Elwood overnight. Tulsa Police officers say a young man reportedly had a confrontation with another person. The victim told Tulsa Police, that after the confrontation, two men came back a short time later and "shot him.â€
The victim was taken to a Tulsa hospital with a gunshot to the thigh.
No word on his condition.
