Owasso Police are investigating an attempted sexual assault at Owasso's Mid-High School. Police tell the News On 6, just before noon Monday, a female student checked out of class to go to her locker and was attacked in the hallway. Owasso Police say when a teacher heard her screams she ran out of the classroom and found the teen on the ground.

As Owasso Police investigated the incident at the school in the 8800 block of North 129th East Avenue, an indecent exposure call came in from a worker at a nearby daycare. Police responded to that scene where they arrested a 14-year-old suspect after a brief struggle.

No children at the daycare saw the incident.

When Owasso Police officers suspected the two cases might be related, they brought the female victim to the daycare where she identified the young man as her attacker.
