Stolen Truck Arrest

Tulsa Police have arrested a man who they say was in a stolen vehicle. Police officers spotted the truck that was on their stolen car list. The officers followed the truck to the University of Tulsa near 21st and Harvard where the driver stopped the vehicle and ran off.

A canine police officer helped catch the unidentified suspect.

Restaurant Robbery Attempt

Tulsa Police are looking for two young men who tried to rob a Taco Bueno Monday morning. The men waited outside the restaurant near 71st and Memorial until a restaurant employee arrived. Police say that employee was confronted but could not open the restaurant.

Moments later, another employee arrived and Tulsa Police say the two robbers demanded she open the safe. When she refused, the employee was hit in the head but not seriously hurt.

Tulsa Police say the two suspects ran off with one of the victim's cell phones.
