Some students at Owasso High School are getting a three day weekend. Recent rains flooded the first floor of the high school building, so classes have been canceled for 11th and 12th grade students. Owasso’s superintendent Clark Ogilvie says students in all other grades need to show up for school.

School officials tell The News On 6, a drain pipe collapsed, leaving the water no where else to go but inside the high school. A professional restoration company is working to clean up the mess.

Ogilvie says classes Tuesday could be canceled as well, but that decision will not be made until Monday afternoon.
