One man is shot and another severely beaten after an overnight argument gets heated. Tulsa Police say the two men were drinking when they started arguing about money.

Around 10:30 p.m. Thursday, police say the two men came to a parking lot near Frankfort and Apache to finish the argument. Police officers say one of men pulled a gun and started beating the other man. The beating victim took the gun and shot the other man in the groin.

Both men were taken to a Tulsa hospital. Their injuries are not life threatening.
