An Oklahoman is celebrating a medical milestone. Saint Francis hospital threw a surprise party for Ken Rigler, a Muskogee man who received a second chance at life.

Rigler was told 20 years ago he had a bad heart. His only chance to live was a risky heart transplant. That risk paid off, Ken beat the odds and on Tuesday celebrated his 20th anniversary as a survivor.

"I just hope that all of you have as good luck as I've had for 20 years," heart transplant recipient Ken Rigler said.

Ken says he plans to spend his next 20 years doing a lot of fishing.
