OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- State drug agents say a former Creek County school superintendent and his school teacher wife have disappeared since drug charges were filed against them. Former Milfay School Superintendent Jerry Buckner and his wife Robyn are each charged in Creek County District Court with obtaining drugs by fraud.

Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics spokesman Mark Woodward says the two haven't been seen since the charges were filed in May. Woodward says the Buckners went to 25 doctors and 30 pharmacies in eight counties to purchase thousands of hydrocodone pain pills.

School officials say the Buckners are no longer employees.

Milfay is near Stroud has 78 students in pre-kindergarten through 8th grade.
