Tulsa Police say doctors had to amputate a man's hand Friday night after some shot the victim in the hand. Tulsa Police found the victim lying outside his car in the 2600 block of North Peoria. Police arrested two of the four men, witnesses say were involved in the incident.

Police officers are still searching for the other two men.

In an unrelated incident, Tulsa Police say someone shot up a home in the 2100 block of North Hartford Friday night. Police officers found shell casings in the street, and blood and bullet holes inside the house. There was no one home when officers arrived.

Tulsa Police believe the resident of the home ran because he has outstanding warrants for his arrest. Police officers also think he might have been involved in another shooting that happened earlier in the week.
