STILWELL, Okla. (AP) -- Manslaughter charges are being dropped against a 15-year-old Stilwell boy and his mother in connection with the shooting death of the woman's father.
The teenager and 38-year-old Lorie Jean Wolfe were charged after Jimmy Dean Wolfe was shot and killed when he drove his pickup truck into the door of Lorie Wolfe's mobile home.

But prosecutors say they're dropping the charges because relatives have told investigators that Jimmy Dean Wolfe had made death threats against Lorie Wolfe.
