Firefighters in Broken Arrow and Tulsa were busy overnight fighting several fires. Two Broken Arrow families are displaced after fire breaks out at a Broken Arrow apartment complex. Firefighters were called to the Apple Creek Apartments near Elm and Charleston around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Fire officials say the fire apparently started on a balcony and spread, but officials do not know how it started. Everybody got out safely but one Broken Arrow firefighter hurt his shoulder. He will be okay.

A Tulsa firefighter had to be treated overnight after fighting a fire at a Tulsa business. Tulsa Police officers responding to a burglar alarm at Brooks Grease Service in the 3100 block of North Erie discovered the fire around 3 a.m Tuesday.

The fire was contained to a doublewide trailer used as an office. The trailer was heavily damaged.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
