The former lead investigator for the Creek County District Attorney's office faces new charges Friday. Ed Willingham now faces two misdemeanor counts of violating a protective order filed by his wife. She filed the VPO after learning Willingham allegedly molested a young girl. The OSBI is looking into that case.
Willingham heads back to court on October 9 to face the new charges.
