A Tulsa Elementary School is getting a fresh look thanks to their partner in education.

Reliant is Academy Central Elementaryâ€™s partner in education. That means the company has committed to working with the school to make things better. On Friday, the company closed its offices and brought workers to the elementary school, located at 1789 W. Seminole Street, for a face lift. They're focusing on making the campus more inviting.

"We're just excited about kids coming on Monday and being able to walk up and say wow," Academy Central Principal Ebony Johnson said.

Reliant spent nearly $3,000 on Fridayâ€™s project, and weâ€™re told it is just phase one. The school says Reliant has more plans for the future.

In all, there are more than 500 organizations partnering with Tulsa Public Schools.
