OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) – There were some tense moments Saturday afternoon at a general aviation airport in Oklahoma City.
A single-engine aircraft with two people on board made an emergency landing at Wiley Post Airport after experiencing problems with its landing gear.
No one was injured in the landing. Video of the aircraft afterward showed it partially resting on its belly with its right wing touching the ground.
The pilot radioed aviation authorities that he was having hydraulic problems and his landing gear was only partially deployed. The extent of damage to the aircraft was not immediately known.
Federal authorities are investigating the incident. Neither of the aircraft's occupants have been identified.
