You don't expect to see a deer on the Broken Arrow Expressway in Tulsa, but one driver not only saw one, he hit it. The driver was going west near the Garnett on-ramp, when the deer ran out in front of him. Usually deer aren’t very active in the middle of the afternoon.
The driver wasn't hurt.
