Police Chase Ends With Arrests
Four people are behind bars after Broken Arrow and Tulsa Police say they stole a car and led them on a chase overnight. People who thought someone was trying to break into their cars called Broken Arrow Police around 2 a.m. Wednesday.
Police officers spotted a suspicious car and the chase was on. After about a mile, the suspects ran off on foot but were captured. Two adults and two juveniles were arrested.
The car involved in the chase was reported stolen and had a tag from another car. Police officers confiscated stereo equipment and CD's they believe were stolen.
Burglary Arrests
Elsewhere, at least one juvenile was in a tight spot overnight in Tulsa. Tulsa Police say two juveniles apparently tried to burglarize a westside church early Wednesday morning when one of teens got stuck in a roof vent.
Tulsa Police officers were called to the church near 41st and Union when the second juvenile went to a nearby house for help. Emergency crews were called to get the boy out.
The boy was in stuck in the vent for about 45 minutes before he could be freed.
Underage Burglary Suspects
Three boys, ages 14 and younger are in custody after an attempted burglary early Wednesday morning.
A neighbor called Tulsa Police officers to a home at Ute and Harvard around 5:30 a.m. Police captured one boy inside the home. Two others were taken into custody a couple of blocks away.
Someone was home at the time of the burglary, but police say the residents were asleep. All of the boys were armed with air soft pistols that looked like real guns.
Tulsa Police officers are trying to figure out if the boys actually stole anything.
