STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) -- Police in Stillwater say a woman was arrested a woman for child-abuse after finding her 23-month-old son was found alone in a car outside a Stillwater store.
Cassandra Marie Thompson was arrested Sunday after officers were called to the Family Dollar Store and found the boy unresponsive inside a car.
The infant was treated at the scene and released to the custody of the Department of Human Services while a second child found inside the store with Thompson also was taken into DHS custody.
