A shifting load and speed are being cited by Tulsa Police as possible reasons for a semi tractor-trailer accident Monday morning. The accident at the intersection of U.S. Highway 169 and I-244 closed the exit ramp for over an hour. Tulsa Police say the semi was apparently going too fast as the driver exited off northbound U.S. Highway 169 to westbound I-244.

Police officers say the truckâ€™s load of lumber shifted, causing the semi to roll over.

Tulsa Fire was called to the scene as well, because of spilled diesel fuel and oil.

The driver of the semi suffered minor injuries in the accident, but declined treatment.
