The Red Cross has set up a service center in Miami to help people suffering from all the water. The center opened Saturday afternoon and is staffed by caseworkers as well as healthcare and mental health teams.
The center is in the Miami Civic Center building and will see people until 6 p.m. Saturday. It'll be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
