Two fires in less than 24 hours left almost a dozen midtown Tulsa residents without a place to live.
Firefighters were called out twice to the Park Lane Apartments in the 500 block of West 14th Place late Wednesday night. Tulsa Police say the fire started on the fourth floor in a woman's apartment. Firefighters were called to the same complex just hours earlier to put out a small fire in the same woman's apartment.
The blaze caused extensive smoke and water damage in many of the apartments. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
The doors at the Park Lane Apartments were locked up Thursday night, and the building was condemned leaving residents homeless. The Red Cross is helping several of the residents relocate. If you need help you can call the Red Cross at 918-831-1109.
