The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office joins an elite rank of law enforcement agencies in the United States. They received the Triple Crown award from the National Sheriff's Association at a special ceremony in Salt Lake City Tuesday.

The honor recognizes the achievement of professional accreditation standards from three different law enforcement organizations.

This is the first time any Oklahoma law enforcement agency has received the Triple Crown.
