OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- U.S. Senator Tom Coburn is back in his Washington office less than two weeks after undergoing surgery. Coburn had a benign tumor removed from his pituitary gland on June 13th at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota and has been recuperating at home in Muskogee.

Aides say he returned to his office Monday and is catching up on paperwork.
